So, most of you know I play jailbreak.. and only jailbreak. However, one thing I do run and have for a number of years is pubgs.com and whilst running this I've had knowledge within alot of games including css.
I've run a number of css servers within the years, and hosted many for clients. Whilst I like to explore the game before I just chuck it up within the billing section of our site for hosting, I've ventured into alot addons and plugins within the game and have tested them for.. the mod section we have when a client pre-installs a plugin. Getting to the point, I've noticed jailbreak on dtk hasn't had alot of new features apart from maps (which have been good for a change) and nor am I saying that the mappers/modders are doing the wrong thing but perhaps what I'm am suggesting to you now, you might find as a good idea/cute feature to go along side playing jailbreak.
One plugin I found (that I don't think has been suggested) is called "Be Medic".. some of you might have seen this before, and I know for a few versions when the user made this it had alot of glitches and bugs. However, the version (v.1.4.1) is stable and works like a charm.
What is "Be Medic"?
It's a plugin that allows you too heal your teammates. It's a really cute and handy plugin that I suggest would work well in jailbreak (on t) healing your teammates. All that happeneds is, you get near your wounded teammate (after being shot by a nasty arrow in the knee) and with the user using there knife and holding the ('e') use key, a progress-bar appears and it shows the teammate (or opposition) getting healed. Yes, that's right if you're on the terrorist team, you can heal the counter-terrorists too.
It only takes a little tweaking of the config files, and you can make it so (when I had it running on a server of mine) that you assign medic to be random (say one or two medics - depending on the odds) on the terrorist team and they automatically get given a medic skin.
You can also call for medic within team chat, (however you have to bind a key) "sm_medic" and it gives you a radio-shout when the nasty CTs are putting holes within your body.
It doesn't take long to setup, and I'm sure one of the admins could set this up. If you have trouble, I am happy to lend a hand though it's just a suggestion. I have attached the necessary files that you need to run the plugin.

How to install:
"bemedic_ressources" extract to your cstrike folder (will place files in, sound/models/materials).
"bemedic.smx" should be in in "plugins" folder.
"bemedic.phrases.txt" should be in "translations" folder.

Nothing is client side, all should be placed within the server. It will download the files you need when you join the server. If you want the config file I did (isn't hard to do) then ask me.
Just a suggestion, hope it goes through cause it's a fun plugin that I recommend would be a heap of fun on your jailbreak server.
