Not sure if someone has suggested this but I think it'll be cool if you could ID a body as a red body. It would say in chat that they were a traitor and their body will be red but it won't change the traitor count.

And like maybe detectives can check the authenticity of the id to call a KOS on the person that id'd it (if it was fake id)
I think that would be a bit unfair/broken and would cause so many more issues with unid'd bodies then there already are with people KOSing people before bodies get id'd. I think it just adds too much of an unfair aspect as a T could kill someone and then just say it was a T, all good. What if they make it a T but don't ID, what if someone id's that body? Do they get KOS'd? Without a detective that would be incredibly op because if D dies straight away how can you prove its fake? Can they just blatantly kill someone then do that. It would cause so many fights. If it would be 6k creds this would probably negate most of the issues. +1 if the credits are balanced.
On a real level, this item conflicts with that of an already existing one that Traitors can use, due to this, it is likely to create RDM and False KOS issues. It is a creative idea, but ultimately, it wouldn't work.
Ok let me rephrase so lets put this into a scenario:
You get T, you buy this item and continue playing the round you get into a gun fight with someone and there is another person watching, they ask you to id the body and ultimately if it's an innocent you will be dead so you walk upto the body and id it and it's red, you then don't get killed and can continue on with the T round without using it again.
Lexa, Although the Concept is really cool is will have Errors with the Last Proven Innocents Alive to call a KoS on the Last of the Traitors as they can most likely get away with being Proven, providing the Detective has been killed and not ID'd the body before hand.
i believe this will cause more Issues then it will be a good addition.
In all honesty this item wouldn’t really work because if the person is provened innocent and their body is discovered to be a t it would create as stated above false Kos/rum issues and also seeing as it wouldn’t change the traitor count this sounds all too familiar to something called a decoy body which is at the moment broken.
