Hi all,
my latency on #5 server has gone from 45 to 200+. I am New Zealand and played on ths server a lot and not had any issues.
It doesn't seemed to have changed on other servers only DTK ones.
Is there something going on at my end or is at the server end? I have done most of the usual stuff.

Sounds like bad routing. There might be a fault along the way and your traffic gets redirected. Nothing you can do about it.
Contact your ISP, they might be able to help or give you an update on what's going on if there's an issue.
Try tethering your phone's internet and see what happens. You might have to stick it out for a few days.
A VPN might help as well as you can select how your traffic routes. Note these cost money and aren't 100% stable (please don't use a "free VPN").
If you can, open command prompt and type ping -n 25 45.121.211.203 - This will ping the server 25 times, give us the results!

It maybe either your household usage or local net.

Honestly, I thought you were a yankee or you were using a vpn due to your gamemestats location and in-game latency.
Do a ping test as complexity suggested and post to this thread!
Right click on Windows Icon --> click run --> type cmd --> In cmd prompt window type -n 25 45.121.211.203 --> then hit enter.
