    TTT suggestion - Kill Replay

    Just a thought, I am unsure as to the limitations on this, but it would be cool as to have the option to look from the killers point of view when you die, It would be able to cancel out doubt on if there was a potential rdm without having to download and whip out the demo, which we all know is a long process.

    The requirements of this would have to be that it doesn't show the red outlines if it was a T we were watching. Let me know if you guys disagree or agree with this and why, it would be great to hear why it would not work, perhaps I have overlooked something.

    Would be a great idea - though i don't know how hard it would be to implement.
    Would definitely decrease the amount of complaining about rdm etc.

    Exactly, since I dont code I dont know what the difficulting in it is, but atm I see more upsides than downsides, it has the potential to seriously reduce the hassle admins get at peak times, which would just smooth the game up, could also be good for new players to watch what is acceptable in their own scenarios.

    Yeah that is true Beavr, It does seem to be kind of a problem as of current. Maybe a trial run at a non peak time to test it could work

    I remember bringing this up back in Icey's TTT in 2017 thread but I'm not sure how thoroughly it was discussed. Glad to see it is being brought up again.

    The only semi-Con I could think of at the time is when innos withhold kos/wait to kill someone, the killer replay doesn't capture the offense that the traitor committed. This is a very weak flaw as this scenario is basically just as the server is now.

    E.G. if an I saw a T shooting at someone and for some reason delayed a kos, the killer replay might not capture the I watching the T commit a traitorous act.

    Also would be very interesting to see what impact it has on the stability of the server.

    ooh, yeah, well im glad others have thought along similar lines, I would say that the delayed kos would have to be treated the same, this isnt perfect, but as you say, its not really a con, just would make it the way it is now anyway.

    I believe that if it could be added without detriment to the server, it would prove to be very useful. A situation like tayk mentioned can easily be questioned next round, as it normally would, and the circumstances in which it would greatly help would outweigh this. Such as when I am fairly certain someone didn't see me but instead went off location, i can see in the replay and prevent a potential argument over who is right.

    it would also be very useful in nade throwing instances. Quite often do I question someone's visibility when I get kos for throwing nades/mollys and this would completely eliminate it.
    another benefit could be if someone is very laggy and rubber band around a corner to see a traitorous act committed, the T can see their perspective with killer replay

    Also would be very useful for somewhat reducing mic spam. Pre-round is filled with multiple people speaking over each other to ask why they were kos/killed. with killer replay, the need for asking would be minimised heavily.
